Beale has worked in strategy and proposition development in the communications and IT for twelve years. He also has fourteen years of experience in sales and marketing for large IT corporations, and 9 years of experience as a retail buyer and merchandise controller for two of the largest non-food superstores in the United Kingdom.

At a personal level, Michael Beale is happily single, and a proud dad of two sons - Stuart and Liam, and one daughter- Erica. All three of them have helped him in his business, and have accompanied him round the world on various NLP trainings.
