Jim Mackrell is a direct marketing expert and in likeness to other experts Jim’s product was an intro product to more expensive up-sell. Instead of selling any business service, he offered his marketing software to people. His software is very similar to Brad Rich dales and sometimes it gives the feeling as if he is an offshoot of him.

Jim Mackrell sold his product for $500 and if it is already loaded in the system, it is sold for $1500. The amount charged is high enough as similar software can easily be got from market for the trifle sum of $100. His shows were on air for few months only and after that, he just went off, it was in 19 out of 20 infomercials that he loses money. 

Jim Mackrell was an active speaker on radio, TV and seminars that were held all across the country. He has an active broadcast career and has done both local and network commercials to guest starring in popular serials. He was a part of hit game shows “Celebrity Sweepstakes”, “Quiz Kids” on Columbia Pictures TV and “The Game Game” on CBS.  His theatrical work includes “Defending Your Life,” “Semi-Tough,” Allen’s “Annie Hall,” “Harry’s War,” “Teen Wolf” with Michael J. Fox and Albert Brooks’ “Gremlins,”

However, it was advertising, which fascinated him most.  He has done as a speaker for big names in corporate world like, Xerox, Shell, Toyota, Exxon and Coca Cola. Besides this, he has also worked for commercials of big names like Mattel, Oster, Whirlpool, Goodyear, Radio Shack, Fiber Con, Seta, Exxon, Entex and Serta. Jim Mackrell was not a successful direct marketer but he was an active participant of communications world.
