David P. Del Dotto is another bogus real estate guru. Although David P. Del Dotto professes himself a real estate guru, there is nothing substantial in his claims and info commercials. David P. Del Dotto used to air an info commercial- Cash Flow System on television and radios. Additionally, he is also the author of How to Make Nothing but Money and Hidden Opportunities for Wealth.

However, David P. Del Dotto is into serious trouble and Federal Trade Commission orders restrain him from conducting any business dealings. Additionally, he has to pay back consumers the cost of his books and tapes sold by his enterprise Del Dotto Enterprises. He therefore has to settle all dubious and deceptive claims of his fraudulent company.  

David P. Del Dotto and his company had been marketing books and audiotapes of how to purchase real estate properties and obtain credit since long. He claimed that his Cash Flow System was very effective in helping hundreds and thousands of consumers earn huge sums by buying and selling of real estate properties. David misrepresented availability of many government grants, credit opportunities, and loans. He also did not give a correct perception of real estate, investments, and other business opportunities. 

David P. Del Dotto conducted seminars and offered various home business packages. He offered refund to unsatisfied customers. However, when customers approached for a refund later, he put forth various clauses and conditions. He did not mention them at the seminars while marketing the packages. This is in total disregard to any business ethics.

Further, David deducted certain charges from the cost of the business packages and was willing to refund only a meager sum of the total cost. He also flouted all regulations of refusing credit to customer’s accounts within the stipulated seven-day period after receiving the returned merchandise or business packages. 

Presently, Federal Trade Commission has imposed restrictions on David P. Del Dotto from making any representations or claims about any business enterprise. He cannot comment on performance of any service or product nor can he endorse anything. David is supposedly now into wine business at his vineyard in St. Helena in Napa.
