OnlyCritiques.com Review:
Paid name schemes, or rather scams, are a way to make money by creating a network of people, and duping them with false information or fraudulent advertisements. The companies do business by claiming to pay its customers $0.20 to $5 for every name they collect.
The companies recruit customers and ask them to purchase a kit for say $29.95, which is their commission. The customers are then required to create mailing lists over the Internet or offline, and send out ads like "Make $10,000 a month. Send $3 for details." The more the number of respondents, the more money the customer makes, and the company earns via means of commissions.
These schemes are illegitimate to say the least. Those in direct marketing claim that no one is willing to pay $3 simply to collect or send out names. However, in the market, only real estate agents are willing to pay up to $100 per name but these names are exceptionally qualified and the individuals paying for them know exactly where the names are from.
The investment in this type of business is very little. One just has to save a little to begin. All one really needs is a paper and pen, and access to compiled lists of names, which can be bought for up to $0.60 a piece. The scheme is very short-lived because it runs the high risk of collapsing completely if the network of names fails to be generated.
This scheme is called a paid names scheme for lack of a better or official term. They are everywhere, and are sometimes too good to resist. They are nothing more than companies that claim they will pay their recruits to gather names for them. The business sounds huge but the truth is that it is a big fraud, like most easy, part-time business opportunities.
