However, not everything is as clear and simple as it appears on the fore. NDIYP could sell only 5,000 franchisees. However, Brad Richdale sold more than 35,000 franchisees. Cost of each franchisee was to be only $5,000. However, Brad charged irrationally with some franchise buyers paying only $500 and others paying around $8,000 for NDIYP franchisee.

It is sure and simple to get news of such irrational and disproportionate franchisee charges through the Internet. Lack of consistency was a major drawback of NDIYP operation by Brad Richdale.
