Charlie and Randy France are well renowned names in the real estate sector. They were inspired into venturing full-time into real estate after attending a Ron LeGrand boot camp in 1995.

Slowly, they started tiring of investing their own funds and were frustrated with the continual repairs needed on old houses and of the tenants who did not pay their rent. It was then that they struck on getting the deed. The rest, as they say, is history. On this, they bought over 100 houses.

With their partner, Bob Meister, they have penned down their techniques into study material, the prominent ones being EZ Lease to Own, Profits While We Sleep, Slam Dunk Deals, Charlie Negotiates, Bob Talks Forms, AutoProfit, AutoForms, AutoLease, and the Grand Kahuna of Real Estate Investing.

They expand on the technique of "subject to the existing financing” which shows how to buy homes without bank loan and how to take over the payments on someone's house.

After acquiring the home, they "sell" it on a "Rent to Own or Lease with Option to Purchase" agreement. This means leasing the house out to someone who wants to buy it and pays a higher rent.

Their book, ‘Slam Dunk Deals’ focuses on finding deals and getting the sellers to give you their home. Many will pay you to take their home and 'Get the Deed'. 

According to Charlie and Randy, the book is a result of them trying to resolve two undesired areas. The uphill task of convincing sellers that they could solve their problems and the overwhelming efforts to find, fix-up and sell properties. Slam Dunk Deals changes all that.

For their promoters and investor, Charlie, Randy and Bob are absolute experts in the “Subject To” course and regard the Charlie Negotiates course as informative.

Despite, the course being informative and well explained, it is not complete in itself. It fails to address the important topic of marketing methods.
