John Behle has carved a niche for himself as a premier educator, mentor and practitioner in the discounted paper investment. His pioneering methods and creative moneymaking techniques have added a new zest into the industry.

John Behle has over twenty years of experience in the business. He has written several courses and books including "The Paper Game", "Mortgage Magic" and "Creative Paper Formulas” and over 200 magazine and newsletter articles on paper investment.

Holder of the National Council of Exchangors "Gold Card" and an EMS designation, John Behle also finds a place in “Who's Who In Creative Real Estate”.

In 1987, John Behle hit on the idea of a five-day exhaustive bootcamp for paper. He packaged his knowledge of making money with paper into an advanced training program. John’s site is informative and knowledge ridden. He also sells videos of his live 5-day course -"The Paper Game" on it. The package consists of 14 videotapes totaling 28 hours and a 300-page manual, plus all his books. It sells for around four hundred bucks.

"The Paper Game" is an unsurpassed course, which teaches real estate investors how to buy, sell, and create notes.

Depending on your approach, and attitude, investors can be either a "diamond mine" or a "field of broken glass". The course teaches how to minimize risks and manage your finances and the investment capital, effectively and profitably.

It is a relevant and knowledge intensive course and is said to be applicable even for students who a studying for a PhD in paper.

John Behle advocates setting up “Continuing Education” courses for agents Real estate agents are required to obtain “continuing education” credits to renew /maintain their license. He says that tactical marketing could “Re-position” your business. John Behle emphasizes on building profitable relationships as well.

John Behle lessened his live training courses, as he had to undergo open-heart surgery in April 2005. His books and home study materials are currently unavailable as they are undergoing revision.
