John Beck sells a book called Buy Real Estate Free and Clear for Pennies on the Dollar. This book, which sells for about $50.00 with shipping, explains how investors like you can use the tax sale process to buy free and clear real estate for just a few pennies on the dollar. Product includes: Real Estate for Pennies on the Dollar, Tax Deed Edition Book, Real Estate for Pennies on the Dollar, Tax Lien Edition book, Free & Clear Real Estate Directory, John Beck Amazing Profits Book, Free & Clear Properties By Mail Book. BONUS: Making Money with Free & Clear Properties on the Internet, Quick Start Video and Free & Clear CD to Hottest links.

Of course this book is a come on to get you to sign up for a real estate package for $7,995. I have not seen the program, but some have said that the package gives some very good information, while many have negative things to say. Although it is true that real estate has created the vast majority of millionaires in this country it is also true that it takes many years to get there. Tax lien certificates are no exception. The odds of someone letting $500-$1000 stand in the way of losing $40,000 is very very slim.

I am a real estate investor and all I can tell you is that you need to develop a network of people that you work with who can make you strong where you are weak. The following are some comments of those that have had direct experience with Mr. Beck and or his products and services:

1) “I liked John’s books and Distress Sales Reports, but I do not like his TV informational tax lien products or services. I love John the person, the writer, and the speaker. However, I have received an unacceptable number of complaints and nothing but complaints about Genesis Media Group, Inc. or Family Products, LLC, the companies that sell the Free and Clear program through the infomercial and a mentoring program.�

2) “First, ask yourself this question: If it is so simple to get these distressed properties, and you can make so much money, why is John Beck selling this information for such a relatively inexpensive price? Has he made so much money that he wants to give something back? I do not think so. Are there so many of these properties that he wants you to benefit, and get nothing for himself?

He does have to pay for those expensive TV commercials and he runs a lot of commercials. He is right up there with Carlton Sheets, the other real estate guru.

When you order the course you will receive the information that Mr. Beck talks about on his infomercial, but unless you have extensive experience in the real estate/tax field it will be difficult for you to understand. The feeling I get is that it was designed that way on purpose!

That feeling was confirmed when a call came in from Mr. Beck's office. It was one of his associates offering to help get this business up and really running. That was all well and good, but there was one little catch for this expert help!

It costs between $3,000 and $10,000! That did not seem FREE AND CLEAR to me, to say the least. Needless to say, I did not take him up on the offer.

In researching and speaking with people who did pay this money, none were happy about the level of help they received or the results they achieved.�

3) “It has come to my attention that there is an infomercial on TV spouting about buying 'tax delinquent' homes at 1-2 cents on a dollar. This progam is called "John Beck’s Free & Clear Real Estate System."

In the program, he shows that you can get wealthy off the backs of poor homeowners who've had their property taxed right out from under them. I urge you to not patronize this product, or it's distributor, shop.infomercial.tv, as this is an immoral product that enables big government to have a place to funnel off all the properties it's seized for back taxes. It aids and abets the theft of private property.

Please spread the word about this training course and the damage it will further do to the American homeowner caught in skyrocketing taxation.�

I have found in my life that if you help people in their time of need it will come back and help you in your time of need. I did not find any glowing reports about Mr. Beck, but I did, as you have just read, find plenty of negative information. Consequently, I do not recommend Mr. Beck’s information.
