Joe Crump started with a degree in film production and worked in film industry as a grip for five years. He nursed a wish to be a scriptwriter. After completing a dozen full-length scripts, a producer wanted to make a film of his scripts finally. However, even after a year of rewriting and developments, the film never saw the light of the day. Thereafter, Joe decided to try his hand at real estate. 

Joe Crump teaches simple methods of earning wealth through real estate investments. His no risk method or Safety Net Method of real estate investments helps you purchase properties without any down payments or credit. Although Joe Crump provides excellent material for learning basics of real estate investing, inexperienced and first timers need to study and understand much more about real estate to get a firm hold over real estate purchase and sale. Joe’s courses and books alone do not suffice your total needs for understanding various nuances of real estate investments. Although Joe Crump is friendly in his efforts to reach out to many potential real estate investors, he cannot satisfy everybody. His efforts can produce an overall knowledge of real estate dealings.
