Jim Banks and his associates offer free real estate seminars throughout the . These seminars are for attracting people for their workshops, which are expensive. They organize only four to six Probate Business workshops each year. Only a limited number of people can participate in these workshops. They do not give classes in the same region twice during a year. They allow only 50 students in each class. Less number of participants enables them to manage the classes well and provide individual attention to each of them. Those failing to attend Jim Banks’ live workshops can use his videos. His "Probate Video Workshop" contains eight videotapes. However, these tapes are not extensive.
