Fortune 21 is a real estate investment company that offers programs and strategies for success in real estate business. They claim that thousands of real estate professionals have benefited from their programs. Fortune 21 offers a three-day seminar that covers a wide range of real estate issues. You might have come across strong recommendation of them in the Success Magazine.

Despite the claims, there are several complaints against Fortune 21. Many of their clients raise questions on the quality of their materials. Besides, they waste a significant amount of time selling and promoting other services in their three-day seminars. The services and products they sell in their seminars include credit card merchant account, property evaluation and management program, etc. All these cost US$1,500.

A huge drawback of Fortune 21 is that you cannot expect to get back your money if you are not happy with their products and services. In fact, there are instances when they had canceled deals leaving clients in trouble.

Fortune 21’s mentor program is also of poor quality. Many clients have complained that the program contains many accounting errors and it crashes. The clients even fail to receive support from DAS, the company that wrote and supported the program for Fortune 21.
