Foreclosurebargains.com is a website that claims to offer leads for foreclosure properties. You might have seen their advertisements on television. They provide online listing of bankruptcy and foreclosure. They claim to have representatives in the courthouses to keep a tab on the homeowners filing bankruptcy or facing a foreclosure notice. Many of these people would be ready to sell their homes to get out of financial trouble.
Foreclosurebargains.com provides details about such people and their homes. You can get the details, approach the homeowner directly, and make a profitable deal.
The website claims to have 14,000 Banks and Mortgage Companies on its database that might help you buy foreclosure properties. The database provides low interest rates on such properties.
Though Foreclosurebargains.com makes some tall claims, dealing with them may land you in trouble. There have been many instances where they defrauded their customers.
The first problem you would face with them is that their free search would lead you nowhere. You would find misleading results from their search. They would claim to have hundreds of foreclosure properties in your area. You would have to shell out US$368 to log on as a member to have access to those properties. Remember that the money is nonrefundable. However, you would find a very few properties after logging on. Moreover, the details in the database are also misleading quite often. You would find wrong addresses or no contact details at all.
In one instance, a customer sent advance payment of US$50 to Foreclosurebargains.com for a three-month subscription. They had sent the first two issues very late and never delivered the third issue. Worse was that the information on the two issues were over two months old. The worst came little later when they charged US$499 to the customer’s credit card they had on file. Even after repeated attempts, the customer could not approach them after the incident.
It is advisable to avoid Foreclosurebargains.com even though they claim to have the best of leads for foreclosure properties. You may end up being poor dealing with them.
