They have over 20 years of experience in foreclosure property deals. They have a nationwide network of major banks and real estate brokers for finding out good foreclosure properties. Their exclusive Zip*Data database allows people search foreclosure listings from anywhere and at a fast rate.

ForeclosureListings.com gathers information about foreclosure properties from their representatives in the courthouses. These representatives keep a look on those homeowners filing bankruptcy or facing a foreclosure notice. They provide contact details of those people through their online database. You can have the contact details and approach them directly.

Besides providing contacts of the individual homeowners, ForeclosureListings.com also provides information about public auction of foreclosure properties. Their database includes regular auction updates of foreclosure properties.

A huge problem with ForeclosureListings.com is that they do not provide any sample or trial run. You cannot have an idea of what you will have in their database unless you spend your money and register. You can get the daily pass for US$2.95 day pass, while there is also a onetime fee of US$59.95. This joining fee is nonrefundable.

In one instance, a customer had a look at a sample listing of California foreclosure properties that looked impressive. He signed up for the US$2.95 3-day trial, only to find that the information in the database was of poor quality. There were not 1083 listings as they promised, but were only 14. You can have better ways of finding out foreclosure properties.
