You can have a free trial of the sites by signing up for 7 days. If you find it satisfactory, you can have access to their database by paying US$9.95 a week.

Unlike many other foreclosure websites, the Foreclosure Free Search website has maintained a decent record of accomplishment. However, many people get suspicious because of the fact that they do not make it clear who are behind the venture. The “founders” of the site have kept themselves anonymous raising many eyebrows.

Besides, the Foreclosure Free Search website acts only as mediators. They do not have original products, information or real estate experience to offer. However, you would not find anyone to explain his or her intermediary status. They claim to have a huge network of business gurus and real estate professional offering foreclosure properties.

The website also markets a series of "books". However, these instructional materials are not of much value. They promise a 30-day grace period for the books with a no risk refund, but they might bill you 2 days after agreeing to review the booklets.

Then you will have to cancel it after 7 days to make sure that you do not get a bill for US$9.95 a week. Usually most companies adopt some similar technique while offering free trials. However, Foreclosure Free Search gives only a week before starting to charge money.

Even though there are no ‘scams’ involving the Foreclosure Free Search website, you need to be extremely cautious while dealing with it. Do your homework properly and stay alert to avoid troubles.
