David Finkel is a big name in the real estate business. He has accumulated large wealth through buying and selling of properties. Before taking as a real estate agent, he played Olympic level hockey but had to retire because of an injury. His partnership with Peter Conti soon turned around with duplication of their efforts. Both of them together have written many books like Making Big Money in Foreclosures Without Cash or Credit, How to Create Multiple Streams of Income Buying Homes in Nice Areas with Nothing Down, Making Big Money Investing in Real Estate without Tenants, Banks or Rehab Projects.

Some of their home-study courses include The 7 Master Skills of Highly Successful Real Estate Investors, How to Buy Apartment Buildings with little or No Money Down, Street Smart Marketing Secrets and Advanced Purchase Option Training Home Study Course. David Finkel has also hosted Real Estate Radio, and has authored a weekly investment e-newsletter. Along with this, they have three-day workshop on foreclosures and purchase option investing. Attending one workshop costs around $9,500 but when planned to attend all four it comes at a massive price of $20,000.

On a downside, the book is not good for those depending on mortgages for their lease option. Moreover, the book is not a complete guide for successful investment and you need to spend more on their mentoring. Some of his techniques also emphasize on manipulating sellers that does not goes down well with people who believe in ethics in the business. Their mentoring staff is also complaint of being rude to their buyers whose only concern is to gather money. They give least attention to people with no money and have their mentoring focused to people with stuffed pockets only.

David Finkel has co-authored many books on real estate business and many of them are worth to read. They have stuff for both the beginner and the novice in the field.
