Dan Franklin is a real estate investor and claims to accumulate big wealth in his thirties through buying and selling of properties. He is an author of the "Personal Wealth System" real estate program that came at the price tag of $250 to $300. The review of his program is not good and is complaint by investors of being cheated by investing in the book. The book contains all the out-of-date information and has nothing new that was not available before. The book is a sheer wastage of money as it is released only with an intention of ripping off investors and not to give some worthwhile information on the topic.

The Personal Wealth System real estate program has tapes and manuals, three-ring binder books. Dan Franklin also promises his buyers to call him at #800 after going through the book. They can also call him when they want to start a new business. He promised them to give all the valuable advice that is needed once to start the business. However, when the time comes to pay off through the calls there is no one who will respond to your calls.

Dan Franklin childhood was spent in penury. He however began to earn money in his thirties and soon started conducting seminars and came out with infomercials on TV/radio to pitch his Personal Wealth System. His record is bleak and there are only few takers for his programs.

For those people want to start a business in buying and selling properties there are other promising names in the industry than Dan Franklin. The Personal Wealth System real estate program contains all the fluffy information about the real estate business and is not worth to be consulted by anyone who wants to make big in the real estate business.
