Alan is more of a private investor and not a real estate investor as he has over $2,000,000 at his own private bank. Alan Cowgill has a degree in Business Management with an experience of over twenty-five years in Business. 

Alan Cowgill often appears on a nationwide info commercial. Alan was also once an elected official to the Board of Directors on the Clark County Property Management Association. Alan is a reputed speaker, consultant, and author. He speaks on different topics like Finding Private Lenders and Investing for the Beginning Investor. Alan Cowgill’s home study course Private Lending Made Easy is useful for new investors to locate and develop their own real estate business. Alan is also member of Springfield Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau.

Although Alan Cowgill propagates his real estate courses, his way of investing violates federal laws. Alan advises procurement of private funding through advertisements or mass solicitation. This is wrong and illegal. However, if your friends refer you after few successful dealings it is fine. There have been so far no claims against Alan for such procurement of funds and hence he is free of any lawsuits. Therefore, it is best to stay away from Alan’s system of functioning and earning through real estate investments. Besides, Alan charges around $1,000 for his product. His product does not deserve such high price as most information is basic and of common knowledge to most investors. Innovativeness is lacking in Alan’s material.
