Liberty Management, registered in 1998, claim that they are the first to venture into multilevel marketing. They describe themselves as an MLM management company. They are a Downline Management Company. The theoretical concept is that is a partner of theirs shuts down; Liberty places you and your staff in a new organization. Liberty primarily concentrates on providing long-term stability. As they are not a hard-core multilevel marketing company, they needed to tie up with one. They chose Coral Connection to be their primary partner.

A company shutting down means out of work employees. That is a scenario, most people would not like to envisage. They also know that is difficult to start from scratch if they go out of business. Liberty Management capitalizes on this dread and markets itself as a place for people that are associated with MLMs to acquire security. You can avail their customer service center and other benefits for $20.00 a month.

Therefore, it should not matter whether you join with either Liberty management or Coral Connection. That is where the confusion creeps in, as they instruct you not to sign up directly through Coral Connection. You will not be entitled to the services of Liberty Management if you do.

The “MLM WatchDog” attacked Liberty Management Group (LMG) allied with Coral in 2002. They targeted them because of their advertising tag line- "WE WILL BUILD YOUR DOWNLINE. The watchdog felt it was impossible, as there are millions of people at the 10^th or 11^th levels. A company “Purchase Plus” of Ohio attempted this. So did “Winners Circle”, and “Winning Edge”.  The law officials targeted all of them. The office of Winning Edge in Vegas was also raided.  

Liberty Management is now off the targeted list as they have rewritten their tag line as they have added help build you down line. This is more acceptable to the watchdog. He watchdog is closely monitoring their recruiting system, which they feel is now viable.
