OnlyCritiques.com Review:

The number of viewers who login into the site determines the key to a successful website. Customers throng those websites that scream for attention. Hence attracting traffic to a website is very important since it determines the number of advertisers willing to advertise on the website. Herein lies importance of an eye-catching headline.

Copying Headlines from other websites can draw people to one’s site the first time around, but not repeatedly. They can get confused or fooled once but not always. Moreover Copying Headlines reeks of a lack of imagination on the part of the creative team designing the advertisement for the website. This is not a good way to promote one’s business and is the best way to lose credibility. One can Copy Headlines in an attempt at humor or sarcasm. However, it is a shortcut method, which can prove costly for one’s business.

Copying Headlines from an unrelated business is easy enough but the consequences of getting caught are embarrassing. Many times people modify the headlines and change the order of words to promote their site. Nevertheless, the Internet is a small world and the company holding the rights to the original headline can haul one up for copyright violations.

Therefore, a better option is to devote the same time and effort in creation of an original headline rather than Copying Headlines. Some things should be kept in mind when creating headlines. The headline must hard sell the entire business of the company. It must be short, interesting, and attention grabbing at one go. It must move the customer to action. After reading the headline, the client must react with an action in the form of a visit to the website or a purchase of a product or service from the website.

The headline can be successful in generating sales for the business only if it satisfies some latent wants or ambitions of the core target customer. The headline must use be in simple language, easy to comprehend and short at the same time. One must use words that conjure pictures of positive benefits for the end user and drive him to visit the website. Copying Headlines is an easy way out but may not generate the requisite sales or trustworthiness for the website. Hence, it is necessary to remember that a business based on faith and originality will always prosper and enjoy reliability among its stakeholders.
