Jackie Hall founded The Hall Group, which is a business consultancy firm, based in Houston. Jackie Hall has is an acclaimed author, speaker and business development consultant. In the last decade, The Hall Group has handled the portfolios of over 800 companies including huge multinationals as IBM, Shell, Stewart & Stevenson, and DuPont.

Jackie says that working in the oil and gas industry, which is the core of the energy sector, gave her the much-needed exposure and expertise. The unpredictability and volatile nature of the industry gave The Hall group an opportunity to work with small and big firms and to override the ups and downs of the market.

Before she formed The Hall Group, Ms. Hall worked as a management consultant for big corporation, and whose division’s sales jumped 500 percent within a year.  Ms. Hall is an M.B.A. graduate and holds a B.S. in Psychology. She was awarded the  "Women on the Move" award in 1998. She is currently writing the book "The Hall Way: Finding Common Ground". Jackie Hall has been associated with the board of Texas Executive Women, The Weather Museum and Baylor College of Medicine Institutional Review Board for Human Clinical Trials.

The Hall Group is diversifying into areas such as food, facilities management etc. They are venturing into these areas after a long conducted research amongst community leaders, executives, physicians and entrepreneurs. The Hall Group counsels entrepreneurs in the evaluation and commercialization of innovative and/or under-performing business models and in helping organizations to identify and retain good clients.

However, there are a few people dissatisfied with the firm. They say that the information provided by the company on their website is inadequate. The details of how exactly they will help you with your business are not clearly described. They also feel that the company is not as large as it claims to be. They also fear that as the company claims has big clients like NationsBank and Dupont, they may be not adept in offering business solutions to small enterprises.
