Brian Williams is one of the most talented newsperson of who covered almost all-important domestic and international events from natural calamity to gulf war. He is the eyewitness of every affair whether it was pleasing or sorrowful. He is most famous news anchor of "NBC Nightly News".

In his several years of experience he covered hurricane Katrina hit areas, funeral of Pope John Paul, Asian tsunami disaster, funeral of Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat, gulf war, Afghanistan attack and death of Princess Diana.

Earlier he was working for "The News with Brian Williams," as its anchor and editor that was broadcasted on MSNBC and then on CNBC from 1996 to Jan 2004. Before become the well-known presenter of "NBC Nightly News”, he was working managing editor of Saturday edition for six years.

He also covered President Clinton visits as NBC News Chief White House correspondent in 1994. Not only former president Clinton he also covered other presidents including President George Bush and Carter. He moderated both the Democratic Presidential Candidates debate and the Republican Presidential Candidates debate in 2003 and 2000 respectively.

He is selected as best newscaster of the marathon 2000 Presidential election night coverage by Today. He is a good writer whose articles continuously displayed in The New York Times, Time Magazine and the Los Angeles Times. He is also declared as ‘most interesting man of television’ and ‘man of the year’ by ‘GQ’ magazine.

He not only seen in his program but also the regular visitor on other shows like "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart," "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" and "The Late Show with David Letterman." He also worked for WCBS-TV, NBC-owned WCAU-TV, WTTG-TV, and KOAM-TV. Besides TV medium, he worked in other fields too like volunteer firefighter in New Jersey.

Williams is a contributing associate of the Council on Foreign Relations in New York, and gives lectures at Columbia University School of Journalism and the Lyndon Baines Johnson Presidential Library in Austin, Texas.
