E-Trade is the fiscal services company. William. A Porter established it in Palo Alto, California USA.  Since 1992, it works for its online concession stock brokerage primarily for self-directed investors. They purchase and sell stocks, bonds, options mutual funds on its website, www.etrade.com. National Association of Securities Dealers control and certify this organization. It offers subsidiaries like E-Trade Securities LLC, E-Trade Bank and E-Trade Clearing LLC.

E-Trade helps investors by its other services such as Trading Account to the premium Power E-TRADE service with several accounts Like ISA Accounts, a PEP Account, a Research Account, a US Trading Account as well as Company Accounts. Its flat rate for all stock trade is only US$9.99. A year before it bought a market-making firm that helps in fast processes of the demands with their superior order routing system.

E-Trade is giving high claims for best customer services and their satisfaction. On the other hand, its customers have mixed reactions after having transactions with it.  According to their clients, E-Trade propose good selection of low minimum mutual funds, have real time quotes, well planned, easy online interface, right time payment. However, majority of its customers realized that its service is very bad and unprofessional.

E-Trade’s clients are not happy with maintenance fees as US$40fee per quarter and US$160 per year.  E-Trade hardly entertain complain calls, delays in receiving checks and transfer of funds, high rates, implement US$3 as processing fee in addition to the US$19.95. They are accusing E-Trade for not reading their e-mails and do not explain their own trading options. Its employees and underpaid and overworked which reflects in their services. Its site is very dawdling and very inactive in executing orders.

Most of their Clients believe that E-Trade is losing its importance in the market and going down.
