OnlyCritiques.com Review:
Elite Activity is a pyramid type of gifting scheme. The most important fact about these activities or programs is that they are illegal and banned under Federal Trade Commission. Elite Activity advertises itself as get rich quick scheme. Elite Activity has many similar groups in different states of under different names like Gift Givers, Jacob's Ladder, Empowering Women, Women and Private Gifting, Prosper Elite, etc. Each of these groups is independent and has their own websites. However, their functioning is same and illegal according to District Attorneys.
Most such pyramid gifting schemes have their bases in churches. They promote their activities through church meetings. Elite Activity scheme operates in a simple fashion. You put in $100. You recruit two more persons to put in $100 each. Thereafter, your recruits start working. They recruit two more persons under each of them. You receive commissions through recruiting of your recruits. You rather earn without doing anything. When you earn $800, you reinvest $250 in next pyramid. Again, you recruit two more persons for $250 each. They then recruit two persons each. After a certain level of earning, you join your third pyramid. This scheme continues until you cover seven pyramids.
At the end of seventh pyramid, you earn $48,000. It sounds simple, easy, and too good to be true. You do not earn as easily as they advertise you can. Most of the time only persons at top of pyramid earn good sums whereas those in regular members fall off and rather lose whatever they invest initially. Since they are unable to receive hard cash for their efforts, they lose interest, moving away from pyramid. This discontinuation leads to fall of pyramid. Anyway, such pyramid earning schemes are illegal. You face prosecution for taking part in such Elite Activity.
Elite Activity however, claims to be functioning legally as per tax laws for gift giving in United States and Canada. In the same vein, Elite Activity’s website disallows media and law enforcement personnel from participating in their schemes or even visiting their website.
